Excellent, family run haberdashery in London

Great selection of items, however customer service in the shop could do with some improvement. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm intruding into their space - mostly met with cold blank stares.

I ordered 2 spools of 5000 metre threads and industrial sewing needles online to be sent by Royal Mail. They arrived within 4 days and on a Sunday! (Didn't know Royal Mail delivered on a Sunday, so that was a bonus!) Very pleased with my first time ordering and will continue to use William Gee in the future
