Underlay Paper is a plain brown paper (85 gsm), used in the production of clothing items as well as manufacturing of armchairs, sofas, car seats, and leather products.
Together with various types of cardboard and polythene, underlay is placed underneath the lay directly on the cutting table to protect the fabric during cutting. It also helps move the lay along the table making it much easier for use. Plain Brown underlay paper comes in 115m rolls, on 85gsm thickness.
