Types of Data we collect

We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
– Mailing Lists: As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information such as your email address and telephone number (if provided). We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp and Follow Up Emails, to deliver our news to you. How would we hold your information?
Your information would be held securely in electronic format. We have stringent processes in place to ensure that your information is held securely. We review these process every 6 months. We will not share your information with any 3rd parties.
What if there is a data breach?
If your information is lost or stolen from William Gee Limited we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and report the breach to the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours in line with recommended best practice
Access to your personal information
